Lagoon Point, St. John, USVI
Lagoon Point is a custom-designed contemporary house located within the boundaries of the Lagoon Point National Natural Landmark near Quacco & Zimmerman, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Situated on the hillside above Coral Bay, Lagoon Point offers sensational views of a unique fringing coral reef, the east end of St. John, the British Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean Sea.
St. John is the smallest of the three major U.S. Virgin Islands, 9 miles long, 4 miles wide. It is hilly with an irregular coastline featuring fabulous beaches, coves, bays and rocky headlands. More than half of the island is part of the Virgin Islands National Park, which is famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches, hiking trails, scenic mountain roads, and historic sugar mill ruins. The clear warm water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and windsurfing.
